Refund and cancellation policy

Phillip Painter Safeguarding Consultancy aims to provide a flexible and fair approach to bookings and cancellations.

Where possible, every effort will be made to offer alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling a booking, if a change is required by either party.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will not incur a charge, and any fees paid may be transferred to a future booking or refunded where appropriate.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will remain liable for full payment, as the time will have been reserved and may not be able to be reallocated.

In the event that Phillip Painter Safeguarding Consultancy needs to cancel or rearrange a booking, alternative arrangements will be offered as a priority.

This policy is intended to be fair and transparent while recognising the professional time committed to each booking
